Our goal is to equip young people and educators with new tools and methods that support the improvement of education in the areas of well-being and physical and mental health. Thanks to the educational materials we have prepared, project participants will gain practical support that can be easily used during classes and workshops.
Below you will find downloadable materials that will help you in your daily work and support young people on their path to health and balance.
Podcasts about healthy lifestyles
In collaboration with young people, youth workers and educators, we will create four themed podcasts dedicated to key aspects of well-being. Each will consist of two episodes, covering the following topics:
All episodes will show how healthy habits affect mental and physical condition and how to introduce them step by step to maintain them for longer.
Four teams from four countries will be involved in the production of the podcasts – a total of 8 youth representatives and 8 youth workers/educators.
To support young creators, we will organise four workshops with 48 participants, led by voice coaches and experienced podcasters specialising in healthy lifestyles.
The podcasts will be available online and will reach a wide audience, inspiring them to make positive changes.
A series of workshops on healthy lifestyles
As part of the project, we will create a four-theme series of workshops, which will include a programme, detailed scenarios and materials supporting the development of knowledge among young people and educators in the areas of well-being, sleep hygiene, and mental and physical health.
Each workshop will be led by specialists and will combine theory with practice:
The workshops will be attended by 192 participants – 96 young people and 96 educators – creating a space for joint learning, inspiration and exchange of experiences.
Board game „LifeWell: Adventure with a Healthy Lifestyle”
LifeWell is an educational board game designed to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people. In a fun and interactive way, it encourages players to take care of their physical activity, healthy eating, mental well-being and make conscious everyday choices.
During the game, participants will not only gain knowledge, but also develop interpersonal skills – by cooperating, communicating and making joint decisions. The game will become a tool to support lessons and workshops, making learning about health enjoyable and engaging.
As part of the project, we will conduct 12 game tests with at least 72 participants, and then organise 8 dissemination events for a minimum of 120 participants. During these meetings, we will show how LifeWell can be used by youth workers and educators in their daily work.
LifeWell is a tool that will enrich lessons and workshops, making learning about health interactive and inspiring.
